I wish I could give this reviews 0 stars. The town has been very strict with everything after the touching behavior implemented for a company OAI. Also the town staff have huge adtitutles. And after the touching behavior on July 23, 2021, residents have been charged with so much money. Also, the employees are so rude and give up really easily. Employees have a very huge depression and put up emergency procedures and also put up random EAS Warnings starting July 20, 2021. Also, the residents, employees, and staff do not speak good English at all. The employees either speak broken English or don’t speak English at all. And after many residents have been leaving the town on July 20, 2021. In my opinion, This town is one of the most ugliest towns in Urual Connecticut now, this town is now a mess in my opinion. Never move to this town.

My father lived in tolland for 7 years, in May of last year he had a heart attack and got dementia because of it. I had to get power of attorney in order to pay his bills and that takes time. The tax collector sent his taxes that was due last August to the state Marshall accruing a $50 fee. When I mentioned that there was no way to get that bill paid till the power of attorney was in place and was trying to get the $50 fee waved as my dad is on a fixed income and was told "nothing i can do" absolutely not a good look for tolland
