Someone must have given clerks in Collectors Office an attitude adjustment because they have become actually pleasant. They were the most disinterested, sullen, & unfriendly people working at City Hall. Water Dept., needs personnel "adjusting" they make it difficult to obtain info for water usage & subsequent billing issues. Wont return phone calls or emails.

Went in, paid, got out, done. Went in, got information, left, set up schedule, went in, got married, got out, done. They are not there to be your friends, they are doing their job. No one was mean, or rude or overly friendly. I love city hall
