Went out to lifeplex to get a covid test. The workers out there are rude. I have also heard this from other people. The health department may want to find Compassionate people to do covid test.

I want to thank Yasmin A. For helping me when I had an urgent need. She was fast and efficient, helped me with what I needed. I don't know why there are other bad reviews but i'll talk from my experience with this office and I am veey thankfull for the help!

Another example of big government crapping on tax payers with ZERO chances of a smile while they do it. I have called here to ask questions about COVID vaccines 3 times in the past 2 weeks. On the 3rd attempt someone actually picks up and says to come Monday if my 16 year old wants to be vaccinated. Schools out at 3pm, rush there by 3:30 but surprise!, they may be open till 4 but no vaccines after 3 or during noon hour. Can't risk cutting into lunch or leaving at 3:59. Since when do any workers or school kids have off from 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday? I checked with every other pharmacy in Plymouth and no other place offers the vaccines for kids, so nice nitch for you to rule over. Smh.....

Took my 2 year old son for a shot appointment. The nurse told me his entire vaccine record was incorrect and he had received the wrong vaccines at the wrong times from his doctor. She explained all the shots he received were not suppose to be given for another 5 years.. All of this information was incorrect as I called his doctors office as soon as we left. They need to employ people who actually know what they are doing.

Went here for a COVID vaccine my almost two year old son. We had an appointment and didn’t have to wait long. It is located downstairs - I did not see any signs stating that when I walked in from the west entrance.
