Writing this while in the wait room going on 2 hours. Counted 10 people walk in the door since I’ve been here and they’ve all come and gone. Also, we got here at 11am and we were told to come back at 1pm because everyone is at lunch. You mean to tell me your entire staff takes a 2 hour lunch break everyday? Place is a joke. Go to a neighboring health department.

I’ve been calling 3 weeks to get the paper proof of my good test results. No one answers the phone. I’ll let the phone ring for minutes and I mean minutes until the call just ends. How can a phone ring for 3 minutes and no one answer? This health department is so unprofessional and lazy. It needs to be shut down or hire a whole new staff. I wish I could complain somewhere where something would actually be done about this health department. Don’t waste your time going here. Go to a neighboring town’s health department for sure.

I was completely impressed with Beverlys professionalism and customer service. She went above and beyond to help me get my shot records I needed for a job. She was so patient, kind and helpful to me.

This happened a few months ago and lost this review when changed my email, but I'm going to give people a heads up. If you're polite or just generally give people the benefit of the doubt like me; don't. At least for Theresa. I'm very nice and kinda quiet. From the moment she walked up to me, she was openly sneering, rolling her eyes and throwing her eyebrows up while wide-eyed looking down. Once we were in the room she got worse and all her questions were done in a mocking or judging tone...OPENLY... I was a little stunned and didn't call her out for it. I'm a nice person, Im also not good at confrontation and like to give people a chance to be kind as well. Despite all the disrespect, I stayed kind until it just kept going. When she was asking me some questions on some paper, I attempted to look at the copy near me, and kid you not... The moment my fingers touched that paper she literally snatched it and said, "Don't touch my papers." It was literally a copy, lady... It was the same on her lap...And no... I'm not exaggerating.. I was in my early 20s and she was in her late 30s, I think...I think she felt comfortable and like she could get away with it because my temperament, and age. I wanted to see the papers because I have trouble hearing and she purposely got lower and lower because I'm hard of hearing. Once I started matching her energy she got more nasty and was openly glaring... This place is something else... TLDR: Theresa, you should quit and make an opening for someone who really deserves your job. Someone who wants to help people, and is kind hearted. Or do some sort of healing; spiritual or therapy... idc which...You need help. You don't treat people like dirt. Something is genuinely wrong with you. For the people coming here, don't give her the benefit of the doubt. she'll take advantage of that. She's vile.

They told me to call before I come up the last time I was there. I called for an entire week and no answer, until one day someone answered the phone, I told them the nature of my call. She told me she will check then asked to place me on a brief hold. I set on hold for 40 minutes then hung up and called back 3 times in a row and the phone keep ringing until I gotten a busy signal all 3 times. You all have to get better with the phone service, people call for a reason and it is important.
