Came here as I am pregnant for my 5th time and clearly I know what goes on.. do not come a health department for pregnancy LITREALLY go to a normal ob office as this is not you get one chance a week to see your doctor and you have a very small and dumb time frame to see them.. no blood should have been taken from me without confirming pregnancy as a first step I’ve been pregnant 5 times I know how it works this is not a place to go if you are pregnant

Very friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk you are greeted with a smile. The building is clean, and they decorate so cute for the holidays. They are great for keeping up to date on immunizations and great at reminding you what you're due for. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this agency based on the unacceptable level of care and professionalism we experienced. Denise, the director, was extremely unprofessional and rude. When we voiced concerns about the care my grandmother was receiving, she told us we were free to go elsewhere—a dismissive and inappropriate response for someone in her position. She even instructed three aides to bring their cell phones because they would “have a lot of extra time,” which is incredibly unprofessional considering the level of care required. What’s more alarming is that concerns about staff possibly being under the influence of alcohol were not taken seriously. We observed multiple aides neglecting their responsibilities—one was even caught sleeping on two occasions. Despite a clearly posted list outlining their duties, they routinely failed to complete basic tasks. On several occasions, I had to leave work meetings to assist my grandmother because the aides refused to help her, even when she was just feet away from them. It reached the point where I created a task checklist to try to hold the aides accountable, which should never have been necessary. One of the most disturbing incidents involved a staff member named Whitney, who physically dragged our dog off the couch and through several rooms and threw her out the back door. She then falsely claimed my dog was attacked my grandmothers dog - something both our security cameras and a hospice nurse present at the time refuted. Whitney also falsely presented herself as a field inspector for Mason County, not realizing she was saying this to someone who actually works there. A number of the aides frequently complained about being assigned to our home and made unprofessional comments in front of my grandmother. It was disheartening to see such a lack of compassion and accountability, especially for someone in hospice care and legally blind. The only reason we continued their services as long as we did was because I work full-time and needed support. Thankfully, Senior Services helped us transition to another agency—one that truly provides the care and respect my grandmother deserves. That said, I want to recognize two individuals who stood out for their exceptional care: Cari (with a C) and Heidi. Cari developed a meaningful relationship with my grandmother, and if she had been able to be here full-time, we may not have needed to switch agencies. It’s deeply troubling that this agency is still allowed to operate given the level of negligence and unprofessional conduct. And unfortunately, we are not the only family who was told by Denise to “find another agency” when voicing concerns. While that account came secondhand, it aligns with the patterns of behavior we observed and heard from staff members—many of whom openly shared inappropriate details about other clients and internal issues. Proceed with caution if you’re considering this agency. Our experience was deeply disappointing and, at times, distressing.
