In person was fine, but trying to talk to them over the phone, the lady answering was SO RUDE. I'd recommend going in to avoid dealing with unpleasant people over the phone.

Who ever handles the phones there is rude. They need a lesson in customer service. Tried to settle up a debt , Ive moved out of state. Didn't want to tell me how much I owed , she was in a hurry to get off the phone with me and kept telling me I'd just owe a certain amount for every day that passed on. They don't take payments over the phone but they also don't like talking to you on the phone either .. very rude !

Called for assistance on motorcycle registration not being mailed. I was put on hold three times for a total wait time of over eight minutes. Really poor service at this office. County clerk should be ashamed of her office.

That was the Fastest Awesome Experience I've ever had at any County Clerk office. Very Professional Customer Service.

The staff here is very rude!! Whoever is answering the phones here needs to take a course in customer service!! Going in the office isn't any better either, one of the clerks was yelling at a customer and had an attitude with her all because the older lady who needed the help couldn't hear very well. The situation could've been handled a lot better. I'm just happy I didn't get HER when I was in there last week! The person in charge definitely needs to have a sit down and talk to these ladies!! Just because you had one rude customer doesn't mean you have to take it out on everyone else!! I'll try to avoid the courthouse from now on unless I absolutely have to be here.
