With covid, the service has been excellent. No overbooking and they get you in when you're scheduled. I hope this stays this way even after covid.

This place can really work your nerves. Ive been forgotten about in the waiting room for over 3 hours with my infant son. Then today I had an appointment. I rearranged for it, pay my baby sitter. I work late so only got a few hours asleep, get down their an their closed.

I needed information on Covid-19 and the woman with whom I spoke was polite and very helpful. I told her I thought they were doing a great job getting their allotment of vaccine out. It is good to see a public entity working this efficiently.

Desk staff perosn was disrespectful and rude. Easily heard front desk worker talking badly about someone that came through for at least 30 minutes. She also lied while talking badly about that person she had an interaction with to the other staff. Along with that I was in the office over 2 hours when I was the first appointment scheduled at 7:45 AM. Extremely difficult to manage small children in the office for that length of time and to plan work around it.
