First of all, I had to call twice and leave messages before I ever got an answer. I called the first time at 12:54 and I called again at 2:52 and left another message, but nobody called me until 4:21 which was when they were about to close. I initially called because when I checked my benefits on an app that I have, it showed that my card was active but I didn’t have any benefits. My son’s on a special formula because he has a formula intolerance and can’t take regular formula. I tried to explain this to her, but she got an attitude about it and tried to act like I was lying about him having the formula intolerance. Every question I asked after that was also met with a passive aggressive and snarky answer. She sounded like she didn’t want to talk to me at all. I ended up getting the answer I needed in order to get my wic benefits back, but I really don’t appreciate the attitude. I’m a first time mom and I was just asking questions so that I could understand what was going on. She did not have to be so disrespectful.
