Scheduled for a dentist appt, then find out that the dentist is leaving an not returning and theres NOT another one to replace them...so they wanted to see me just to get alittle bit of my insurance before the dentist leaves for good. Like why even schedule anyone for a appt and knew this dentist was quitting?? Our health dept obviously can't keep a dentist they cant provide all the needs a person could need for dental care for adults here in athens!

I recently had to make an appointment with your dental department. Cleveland Medical Health is getting remodeled. I was happy with all the staff. I especially like my dentist. I don't have his name, but he was nice, funny, gentle and kind. I've had a few teeth pulled in the past and this was by far the best interaction yet. He made sure I was plenty numb, he took his time getting the tooth loosened and I had no pain. I had taken pain reliever before, then a few times after. I was never uncomfortable. Other times, I was so miserable for days. My friend and I stopped at Panera, meet a friend and had refreshments! I never put another piece of guaze in my mouth after their's! Thank you so much!

Not very friendly, seemed put out that I was there. I was denied presumptive eligibility despite being in income guidelines so something was entered incorrectly on their part. I wouldn't recommend this health dept.

I went here to try to get the layout of the land so I knew where the septic tank was on some property that I bought. I was given a number and told that there is no field office here anymore. I went to the car and called the number and it wasn't in service at the time still don't know who to contact

I was scheduled for a WIC appointment by phone yet was called hours before the scheduled time with no follow up or explanation afterwards. Unfortunately, due to not expecting the call earlier, I was unable to answer. IF there was some unforseen emergency on their part, I would understand. However, I didn't even receive a call back from them about rescheduling (if that was indeed the case). This was all very unprofessional behavior coming from state funded employees. No one should be surprised considering how entitled those working in the medical field & government can be. Many entitled employees, these days, think that everyone else must conform to their own schedule and are above giving proper explanations or apologies for their rude, unprofessional behavior. Shameful.
