I'm supposed to notify the Health Department that my son has covid, but they don't answer the phone. I guess they expect me to come in and expose everyone to covid so I can report the positive. I have called 5 times during their listed business hours. Typical government uselessness.

The women here are absolutely amazing! Candy and Alayna both went out of there way to help me and they blessed me so much I can’t say enough about them! Thank you for showing me that good people still exist

Husband and I had our COVID-19 vaccine done here. Even though we had different appointment times, they took us back together and we were out again in minutes. A bit tricky to find if you're going by Google's incorrect map, though.

1:30 appointment and still sitting here waiting at 2:49. Only 1 other person in the lobby when I arrived. As a transfer from another location so far I have found them to be rude. When greeted it was not at all welcoming. It was cold and unprofessional. I've I began the process the intake person was completely hateful. When I told her she had copied the wrong custody papers she snapped at me and asked if I was angry at her and began scolding me like a child. I do not appreciate being talked down to.i am beginning to think they are trained this way. It too two years at my old WIC office and several complaint before they changed this practice.
