Although I have not entered the building, I have marveled at the architecture and Minnie memorials that.the property. I really appreciate it – they set up Christmas decorations and also that they have a memorial plaque honoring the lives lost in the September 11 terrorist attacks. And the building is conveniently located and very easy to access from 93 and there is also several buses that stop directly outside the Townhall

Another city hall deciding what’s best for residents without the residents approval or understanding. Just because you want people to compost and recycle better doesn’t mean bi weekly trash pickup is a mature decision. It’s another case of preaching to your residents. Come up with a smart plan. Not the easiest plan you can think of…city officials didn’t you attend school and learn problem solving skills. Telling people what to do doesn’t solve a problem. It creates a new one

Went in for a parking permit. The person who was assisting me was helpful, but the multiple side comments that were being made by the other members of the parking department regarding my interaction was unnecessary. These comments were 100% about my interaction as they all pertained to the exact things being said between myself and the person assisting me.

Been homeless here for over 2 1/2 years. Very little help as far as housing goes and I'm beginning to think that the city would rather hide us than help us. More to come.

Stopped by City Hall to take care of a parking ticket and ask about business parking options. The process was straightforward, and the staff were professional and helpful. I especially appreciated Omar taking the time to explain my options clearly. Nobody loves paying a ticket, but everyone did their job respectfully, and I left knowing exactly what my next steps were. Solid experience overall.
