They do not care about the children. The county puts them in jail for the pettiest of things. They do not give them treatment. To them jail is the only answer. Most kids do not need jail. They need help and this place does not offer them help.

In my job, working for an attorney, I need to deal with this Court almost daily. Everyone I have ever talked to has been helpful, knowledgeable and has never made me feel like I was bothering them. I came from working mostly with Cuyahoga courts, so this is a welcomed relief. Beth, Wendy, Laura, Leslie, Nicki, Arlene, etc. - thank you for always being there and being helpful. I appreciate all of you.

Called first and person who answered was cranky and refused to answer questions. Told us to call a lawyer. Was not looking forward to our visit. In person was exact opposite. Deputy at metal detector was extremely friendly. All 3 Probate Clerks were nice and very helpful. Thank you! Update: If you’re going there to update the gender on your birth certificate don’t bother. They will take your money and schedule an appointment with an arbitrator and then he’ll tell you the judge is not doing any changes while an Ohio Supreme Court case is pending. Very disappointing!

Service at Probate was perfect. I am not a fan of Medina County in its entirety.
