Visited the Mayor's Office once; the building's elevator is small and scary.

Its absolutely horrible everything is by appointment now and I guess they think we have all day just too pay Excise tax and it was the 4th time going there cause everything's locked and I was made too pay a late fee of $25 cause I was made too being late when I wasn't. This needs too change and I hope people read this also....

Anne was a tremendous help getting our marriage license. She was so pleasant and professional. Before I came in I had questions and the woman was super helpful on the phone, and the gentleman at the first floor desk was very friendly to direct us to the 2nd floor.

I can't believe I had a positive experience at a city hall but it happened. I went in to get a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. The first gentleman I ran into, at the desk just inside the door, was not only able but also willing to help me. Yes, really. He was friendly and efficient, two things I've never associated with city hall. In and out in about 6 minutes. Still can't go 5 stars because I was charged $10 for a single page printout, but it was a painless experience overall.
