I called to ask a question and got told to go online and look it up on their website. Rude and unfriendly!

Only 1 star beacause I had to. My experience this year was nothing less than comical. I went to license my dogs all paper work done, return envelopes for my tags and check in hand. I always send a check or pop in when I pay my car taxes between feb and June. I receive my tags by mail in June. Been doing it this way for a few years. This year I was told I was a liar and I was told they were not going to take my check or license applications for my dogs beacause I was a month and a half early. The woman I dealt with was beyond rude. When she said I was lying I had to leave before I lost it and wouldn't be able to control my mouth. I will mail it in. At least I am trying to abide by the law and be a responsible pet owner. Today was a joke!
