Is there a reason why individuals can not pay for traffic/parking tickets ONLINE? Yet, you can order birth/death certificates etc. etc.! .....anything to inconvenience residents...to make their life harder. They have later days, and take off to TOWNHALL MEETINGS! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

My wife and I went in to obtain an intent of marriage. The town clerk Jane sat with us while we filled out all the paperwork. She couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful and was genuinely happy for us.
