If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just got off the phone from dealing with some ghetto trash receptionist who was completely disgusting in the manner she spoke to me. Had a simple question regarding a marriage application, and she took it upon herself to cut-me off nine different times just to say what she "needed to say." COMPLETELY BELLIGERENT. Conversation lasted all of 45 seconds before she passed my call off to a Very NICE, KIND, CALM gentleman, who actually listened to me vent about her, hear my question, respond to me like an actual human being, and get-this-- said "CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR WEDDING!" I wish I knew his name because he was A BREATH OF FRESH AIR after dealing with that obnoxious loser. Thank you, sir, for the civilized conversation. I truly appreciated it.
