Excellent access to resources! My family was offered the program for families with newborns that is free of charge, and offers home visits to answer any questions about either medical or developmental issues from a well trained professional. We have seen both a Registered Nurse and a Social Worker since my wee one was born, and we have all been the better for it! The respect, empathy, and eager attitude towards helpfulness makes the professionals in this program truly special. We have worked with Nurse Jenn and Social Worker Annette; and are so very pleased with our experience the first year of our baby's life!

Meghan did phenomenal giving my toddler her vaccine! She was super understanding when I only wanted certain vaccines! Highly recommend going here if you dont have insurance or need a vaccine for school!

My four year old loved going to the health department for her vaccine! They were so kind and soothing. From those working the front desk, to the nurses. Great experience every time we've gone.

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Missoula Public Health, and especially with Kevin H. Kevin goes above and beyond to help with our well permit and always takes the time to explain rules, processes, and expectations clearly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure things are done the right way. We’re very grateful for his support and professionalism. Truly a pleasure to work with!

Pretty awful. Went in on a Wednesday and paid 120.00 for the Q TB testing with the promise I would get the results emailed by Friday. Checked the email all day on Friday and there were no results. I called in and they transferred me back to the nurses and they laughingly said we haven't even sent the blood out to the lab yet. So I called back on Tuesday, they transferred me back to the nurses who, of course, hung up on me. If you're willing to spend 120.00, because your job depends on this test, go somewhere else. Here it is Tuesday with still no results. These people could care less.
