The staff here is APPALLING, I went there today to get a birth certificate, and they have a sign in the window stating that they only take cash payments. The young lady behind the counter does not have any customer service skills. They need to train their employees the value of good customer service.

Vital records. Let me just say, Chatrese Russell, Keara Jones and Alexis Garson went above and beyond for me. I’ve been attempting to obtain a marriage and annulment documents for over a year and have gotten nothing but the run around. From Vital records online to the center for health statistics and beyond. These ladies but in the work to not only obtain the marriage license but to do numerous searches while dealing with a room full of other clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality, kindness and just overall being the people you are. I know your job can be trying at times dealing with the public.
