Just like with any other DMV/Clerks office - you have your ups and downs, however, every experience I have at this location (regardless of wait times) I am always given the information I am needing to process any request. I've been to this clerk's office on several different occasions and I've never had any issues. Staff is always friendly, polite, and worked quickly. It's advised that you do your own research on the website, or call for required documents, before visiting. I've never had an issue with wait times, spending no longer than 45 minutes from the time of walking in to walking out. It's advised to go before 2-3PM as the wait times will undoubtedly be longer as the day progresses. There are 25 (maybe more) windows providing service at this location, unknown if all 25 are active at one time, but I have witnessed most are active on my visits. The waiting area is a bit lacking with seating options but is clean, and also has clean restrooms.
