Called to renew my WIC benefits told me I needed a referral got the referral at the beginning of the month at the end of the month I lost my benefits because they never checked their fax machine for my referral and now their computers are down they didn't apologize they lied to me and said they just got the referral someone will give me a call the lady I talked to was extremely rude and almost seems like she thought it was funny and did not care whatsoever that they didn't do their job also they never gave me a call back after I called him at 9:00 in the morning I had to call them at 2:00 because they never gave me a courtesy call
