Let's face it...if you need to see a healthcare provider it's not a great day but my entire experience with the whole team at Roane Co Health Dept was fantastic. From the time I arrived Jill was friendly, inviting, professional, and extremely helpful. This intro to @RoaneCountyHealthDept continued throughout my visit. Allison was so great as an active listener to my concerns and asking questions from my medical history to ensure the best treatment possible. Then there were the blood draws...I'll admit it...Im a wimp when it comes to blood draws but the staff knew just how to handle me taking my focus off the draw and speaking to me in a kind, comforting, professional manner...they were done before I realized they'd started! Thanks again Roane County Health Dept for a phenomenal visit!
