Went and got one of my company trucks renew. Right off the bat. A younger lady with blonde strips in her hair stated “yeah how could she help me" exact words. But hateful. I explained what I needed. She seemed irritated. Snatched my money out of my hand. Just out of no where. I don’t know what this lady problem was. I was extremely polite. So idk. Just seem like she was trying to rush everything. I attempted to ask a question about renewing my personal vehicle. Straight up ignored me. But was super sweet to the employee next to her. I was like oh k. Rude staff. Too busy trying to rush that they act like robots. Was literally there for just a few minutes. Ignore my attempt question to get my personal vehicles to renew. Just going to let the wife deal with them. Just crazy to me I was treated like that. Just very rude stuck up employees. Other than that. Had no issues

Recently, had to get some documents notarized. The extremely pleasant lady was great to deal with. Always a smile and helpful. Registration for vehicles has been the same great experience. Friendly helpful folks who are fast and efficient. So far, I've yet to have a bad experience, especially when you have the required documents.

Everyone in this building has been friendly and helpful every time I've been in there. Doesn't matter if its for tags, business license, notary, or anything else.
