Have been calling for two weeks to schedule my necessary appt for birth control refill. No one has answered the phone. I called 7 times today and not one answer. How do they expect you to make an appt if they refuse to answer the phone to schedule them?

Literally just got off the phone because the receptionist hung up on me and interrupted me when I was in the middle of talking. 😆 Dr's are great tho. Every once in a while , I'll get a respectful receptionist , but it's been rare recently
