Everytime I call the Health Department they have never once answered even when they are open. They have always sent me to Voicemail. I understand they may be busy but they don't return your call until the day after.

I went in to pick up my medication . Mind y’all, I was called to come by and pick it up anytime. Now,when I had came in an elderly woman came into the waiting area and tells me to come back next week on Tuesday and tells me the hours to come next week on Tuesday. Please DO NOT CALL ME and TELL ME to PICK something up just to tell me other wise when I get there!!!!!!!!!!!! Again,I get told that I have to come back next week on Tuesday to pick up the medication due to the fact that ALL of the nurses were out in some training. I strongly dislike the way that staff does not communicate with one of another . Do better please !!!

The staff are really nice. My usual wait is about 15 min so not bad at all. I think the longest I ever had to wait was about 40min. Dr. Stratton is an amazing Dr., But he is located at the Children's Clinic over on York street. Not at the Health Department

The staff are really nice and helpful. I only had to wait about 10 minutes before being called back. I recommend everyone to go there.
