Wish I could give 0 stars. Lazy employees. Came in from out of town to get a birth certificate and they didn't even have me fill out the proper paperwork so now I have to go back. Never met people less helpful in my life.

The recorder should have nothing to do with any wording on any subject people will read and vote on. His own people have said,he writes them so the people will vote the way his buddies tell him how to write it. Printed Paper votes should be the only way elections should be counted. Computer voting shall be abolished All election totals should be given out 3 days after the final count is made. All early votes will be added to the final voting day. Each person running for office shall spend no more than 10,000 donated dollars and the time for this expenditure shall be 2 weeks prior to voting.

I spend over an hour in the office to serve as a witness to a minority marriage mixed marriage. The couple had three wild kids. The staff was very patient as the couple filled up paperwork. Also, some information was missing so they patiently waited for them and allow them some flexibility as to what to do in that case. They even allowed them to use their fax to get missing information right away. They offered excellent and accurate advice. Furthermore, the person that marry them, gracefully made them relax right before the short ceremony by first addressing the fact that the children are simply children and most cannot simply seat still and quiet for what now had been an hour. The officer said that the noise would not bother her so not to worry that she knows as she is a grandma- bless all your hearts for your kindness and wisdom at this office!!! Also, bless you all for seeing beyond skin color and cultural background!!!!! We need more people like this working in government offices. Thank you!
