Horrible horrible horrible public servants. Linda(front desk) needs to be retrained, if not fired. Nobody understands the law and they treat the public like trash. Nikki was great tho. She understands what it takes to help. The rest was just disgusting behavior

Slow. Front staff not so friendly. Needs window tinting so sun doesn't hit people so hard in waiting room.

I absolutely hate talking to anyone from the Cal fresh department. I waited 50 minutes for someone to come to the phone, and when she does she's the second most rudest employee I've spoken to in that office. (The first rude lady was the one assisting my case in the beginning and oh my gosh was she a b-). This time, this lady gets on the phone with a stank attitude like she was waiting on the phone for 50 minutes to be assisted...? I explain to her how I haven't had service for 2 months and was unable to contact them. I also stated how I tried calling multiple times and never got though. She proceeds to say "This is a call center"...wow really, so you guys are understaffed and swamped with calls that I can't even get a "Thank you for your patience" AT LEAST!!?? I get a thank you for patience from my local taco truck when they don't answer automatically! Nonetheless, I hang up and call back in hopes of getting another person. I did in fact get 3 other people, but their communication skills are so subpar, that I wasn't even told I'm being transferred, until after I got put on hold and someone else started speaking! After the 3rd person put me on hold, the phone started ringing and I basically got redirected to the main menu. I ended the call and decided to struggle on my own. If you hate working with people, don't get a job. It's a shame that it seems like all county workers are supposed to help the people, but absolutely hate all the customers that come in. These people are supposed to be the face of the company... Awful, 10000/10 do not recommend.
