Carolyn is the rudest lady I ever met. Talked right over me and just hung up. For a job that requires questions being asked she should find another job if she can't handle a simple task. Nobody wanted to help just pass on to the next person.

I went here to get an assumed name certificate done about a week ago. I already had it filled out and notarized. The lady that helped me seemed pretty short with me at first, but jumped on the task and took care of me quickly and with some pretty great personality. Actually, it was kind of surprising. My initial reaction was to not like her, but she warmed up and we got through the transaction quickly. I must have misread her first interaction with me. Having worked for the government, I steeled myself to grin and bear her abrasive personality and just get through the transaction. As it turned out, we had a quick and cordial interaction. I can only think that she is just very efficient and is used to dealing with folks that don't have everything ready to go. That's not really an excuse, I suppose, but I certainly can't complain that it worked out for me.

Terrible service at the records department. Says they close at 5 but they had a handmade sign that said they closed at 4:30. Lady wouldn’t even approach the door. I was trying to explain online it said 5 PM. I am not an idiot. Obviously i am not expecting them to open the door and let me in. At least letting them know so they can update the online info. It takes me 40 minutes one way to get to their office. Updating their info can help individuals who have a very far drive either come another day or make adjustments. The two ladies in there, one has name Serenity, just stared at each other like I just did the worst thing in the world by stating online it said 4:30 PM. I typically avoid writing bad reviews but I am sick and tired of all public offices we go to, everyone has a terrible attitude. I stayed back reading some of the material they had posted on their bulletin to see if I could get info without needing to speak to them again and I could hear them talking about me through their doors. Super unprofessional.
