The lady up front was very kind and helped as much as she could with what I needed to get done. And what I didn't interview they were also very nice and helped push through what I needed also.

Honestly when you call and complain no one cares, so I'll also write it here. If you didn't feel any type of way while walking in this place, The people behind the counter will guarantee they belittle you in some type of way. The Latino Lady is THE MOST RUDEST PERSON I've come across and she works the front window smh. Followed by her shadow the black women always standing guard behind her. These ladies are so rude and I know this can't be the only time a person has complained. When explaining they blankly stare at you, they are super sarcastic, just RUDE RUDE Rude!! On the phone as well.

Exceptional Service and Compassionate Support I can't say enough wonderful things about Genia Armstrong at the Health and Human Services Commission. Navigating benefits for my elderly mother was overwhelming, but Genia was a true lifesaver. Her compassion, patience, and deep knowledge of the system made all the difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, guided me step by step, and went above and beyond to ensure my mother’s benefits were protected. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. The world needs more dedicated professionals like Genia—thank you for everything!

To be honest, the old white or latino lady was a little friendly to my face. But in actuality, she never filed the application 3 weeks later, that I sat in their office and completed. I noticed how rude that she was to some other people that came in the office, as well as Someone on the phone. She submitted the application that I completed for my disabled adult grandchild and he received his benefits within 2 weeks. UPDATE: There is some different staff members there now. They seem to be much kinder and more concerned with your needs. They are very helpful and get what you need from them. The place is quiet and clean with no crowd. The security that I have encountered, was always kind and polite as well.

The lady at the front desk is rude and threw my Friends hand written ss number in the trash. My Friend demanded she to get it out of the trash. No one's SS number should be put in the trash. I am not sure who regulates that, but it is a violation of everyone's security. We have not been able to get back to a person in the office, who input the information in the system incorrectly and now my friend is not getting the medicine she needs when she should be covered on Medicaid. We have tried several times to resolve this issue, but can't seem to get past the person at the front desk.
