I called ahead to ask if they accepted tap-to-pay and was told yes, as long as it was Visa or Mastercard. When I arrived, I was told that tap pay only works if you have the physical card with you, not through your phone. Very frustrating & complete waste of time.

I'm leaving this review because obviously I have to go to extreme measures to get a response back from someone so on December the 20th I had an event for my mother at DeSoto recreation center I have not been able to obtain my deposit back and here it is February 24 The deposit was supposed to be issued back on the debit card that I had on file but unfortunately they were unable to do that due to the fact that there was some fraudulent activity done on my card around the holidays and the bank had closed my debit card down to issue out a new one now with that being said I have issued all the information that DeSoto recreation center has asked for to show that I never did receive my deposit back and yet and still I have not received my deposit and all I can be told is they're waiting on the finance department to issue it back The city of DeSoto needs to do better

The lady in the building/zoning department Ms Patel, Srushti didnt want to help me/give me enough information of what i was asking her, i told her if she could check something from a past tenant SUP form she said “I cant check right now” that she will check tomorrow. Note you it wasnt even 9:30am they had recently just opened, so i asked her when will you check and she said tomorrow so i said okay can you bring your supervisor since it seems like you dont want to help me out she said “shes in a meeting” so i got her email and left. I come the next day and she just looks at me with a annoyed face and brings me her supervisor Ms Jordan and she treat me real nice and gave me information i needed compared to Ms Shrushti.
