    They don’t answer the phone.

This was the only time that I have been there, so please don't use my review/experience as a factor in your decision to go there yourself. The only reason that I gave only two stars was simply because they don't/didn't offer the services that I was seeking at the time.

I'm not sure who the "new workers" are but they need to have a sit down and discuss how to properly talk to someone over the phone. It's never a patient or client's job to set the tone and atmosphere at your place of business! Every time you speak to someone you should possess professional and courteous behavior. If you're having a bad day go home or let someone else take calls. With that being said I don't recommend anybody to go there if you're expecting a friendly environment.
