They have missed calling me twice on two separate appointments so both times I went to call them four minutes after my appointment time and they lied saying they called my phone and left a voicemail, which of course, there was no missed call and especially no voicemail on their behalf. They said they moved on to the next appointment and by then it was 6 minutes after my appointment time that THEY MISSED and lied about contacting me. My trust in them is gone and the evil in this world is so rampant. I am extremely disappointed in the WIC workers.

It would be zero stars if that were an option. Idaho Public Health does nothing to help or protect Idaho citizens. They go out of their way to make excuses to not do their jobs at every opportunity. If you're looking to get Idaho Public Health to take action of an obvious violation plan on having to hire an attorney to get them to do anything, and even then they'll just make excuses to not take action and to refer the complantant to other agencies that either don't exist or don't have jurisdiction over public health protections for the public. Idaho Public Health shouldn't even exist as they do nothing except make excuses to not do their jobs.
