I had to go to the Oneida county clerk's office for the first time ever to obtain a DBA. Not knowing anything I asked many questions and they have no patience, they're very rude, and the cashier did not smile, doesn't speak to you and is extremely rude! You think being in this type of office you would have to be a little more professional and a people person.

This is one of the most unprofessional court house I've ever been too! Wow. I don't know where to start. I was told so many different things from so many different people AND all the information ended up being WRONG. Everybody was so rude, everyone working in this office is so unhappy. The absolute worst customer experience I have ever received within a state and federal entity. As a result of the negligence, their uninformed workers and their lack of enthusiasm for their clerical positions, I have seen paperwork filed incorrectly and the attorneys are stuck fixing their mistakes. These workers are miserable, cheer up, do your work efficiently and correctly - or find a new job!
