This place was amazing. There was another office closer but had fewer stars so I drove further to get here. Security guard assisted right away and I was able to fill out the form for birth certificate. I was so worried since I lost my certificate i didn’t know it was this easy to get a new one. The employees at the windows are nice too.

I came to pick up a vaccination record. The staff was very nice and professional. It can be a very stressful job and people are impatient so please all we need to do is show kindness to one another and show appreciation to these hard workers. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. PS Be sure to make an appointment for select services! There’s several buildings which can be confusing but we found parking right away and vaccine records are in Building 2.

Prompt, helpful, and friendly service! I arrive at approximately 9am. There was plenty of parking. As I entered the building, I was promptly greeted by the security guard. He saw I had an application for a birth certificate already filled out, and handed me a printed number from a machine. In less than 1 minute, I was called to window 3. I handed my application and drivers license to the lady behind the window. In less than 5 minutes I was out of the building with the birth certificate. Amazing service!
