Karla Patterson is the most unprofessional dr I have had the displeasure of dealing with horrible attitude I got told I hurt her ears when I got a little loud due to her getting upset when I asked for refills on my medication after all is that not what a med appointment is for?

It's mid. If there's a male constantly on the phone than on that particular day it'll be a 2 star visit. Rude, dismissive, never not on a personal phone call.

Now I understand why a person can make an appointment for the next day, anytime. Patients are smart enough to NOT come here to see Rubeena Smith. She’s unreliable & incompetent. You are wasting your time with her. “Anywhere else” would be better

THE LITERAL WORST. I'm here in town visiting family on Thanksgiving break, sitting in the EMERGENCY ROOM because the lazy people at this clinic did not reauthorize my mother's prescription. And this is after she had to chase them down to do labs because they actually made appointments for when their office is CLOSED. And after calling MULTIPLE TIMES to please authorize the refills on her life saving meds. Zero professionalism and zero care for their patients. Wish I could give zero stars for the stress they put my elderly mother through. Also wish they would pay the emergency room co-pay. THE LITERAL WORST.

Rubeena is one of the best Nurse Practitioner physicians I've ever had. I definitely recommend her. she's been helping me with getting my health back on track. I'm so grateful she is my physician.
