Rude and complete trash. You can tell the lady I spoke to was a govt. employee who cares 0 about regular residents, or losing her job.

I am not sure how anyone could possibly rate this office with one star!! I had a very positive experience! I spoke with a gentleman named Michael and he honestly helped me with a very complicated deed problem stemming back to the mid 1970's where he had to dig through historical deed archives. Additionally, he emailed all of the documents to me without me even asking. As a added bonus, he gave me some VERY valuable information on how to access Probate court cases via the website and explained some technicality issues that were valuable as well. The whole interaction lasted about 25 minutes and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while.

Every time I come into this building I get excellent service and a lot of information explained to me. I feel that the civil servants here do an excellent job and should be recognized for the hard work they do every day for us citizens of Otero.
