Sucks.......why in the world would you have to be 18 to get a stupid tb skin test? Makes no since!!!!!! They are just putting a damn needle in your arm and injecting fluid? You should be able to get a damn tb skin test by yourself without a parent it's not like they are putting age restricted drugs into your body!!!!!!
