Hope and pray you don’t deal with Jenna. Possibly one of the most disrespectful government employees I have ever dealt with.

The clerks were the most underrated helpful people I have worked with for a while. I was trying to turn in my CPL paperwork for my license and they came up with requirements on the spot that were not listed on there website. Such as that we need to fill out the paperwork online not bring a copy, like it says on their website, and also would not take my certificate for my CPL class because it was not the original, even though on their website it says it only requires a copy. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Jenna was so incredibly rude and made our experience terrible. She threw our credit card back at us after swiping it and also threw our envelope back to us after saying "you need to take it out of the envelope!" while rolling her eyes. Yikes

I’ve seen people’s reviews and was slightly nervous I’d be met with negativity however that was not my experience at all. I went in for my CPL and Jenna was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a very smooth transaction and took all of 15 minutes I showed up at 4:30 and did the paperwork there And then did my fingerprints right afterwards with no problems.

Each time that I had to go to "The Lower Level", the ladies were so incredibly helpful, kind, and sympathetic to my needs. Courtney, Jeanine, Morgan, and there a few additional young ladies that I didn't get their names. I was there on several occasions, that's why there were so many helping. Liz, I believe is the Supervisor's name, she even stepped in a few times because my situation at one point was somewhat peculiar. I left there feeling like what was going on with me mattered to those ladies on "The Lower Level". Thanks ladies, I really mean it. I appreciate you guys and the efforts you put forth in your positions. God bless you guys.
