From the staff at the front desk to the nurses, MA’s, and providers, this clinic is amazing!!! The minute you walk in the door their kindness puts you at ease. I don’t think most people know this is a full fledged clinic, but their providers are amazing! Highly recommend establishing here. You can get in quickly as well- no multi month wait times!

I used to come here when i was younger and felt safe to get birth control and ask questions. Took my 17 year old here, stood in line by myself no one else around for 15 mins then waited another 10 for them to find paperwork for me to fill out, then the “nurse” or whoever we saw. didn’t explain ONE thing. She asked my daughter what she wanted instead of explaining different options. there was zero professionalism in this building. Stay away from here. they had no idea what they were doing and it showed

Very, very helpful. I was stressing about licensing and permitting and they walked me through everything I needed and let me know what I didn't need. My phone call was returned in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend calling if you have any questions or concerns.

This is one place where the term "No Judgements" is an actual truth. Kaitlyn is very educated and open to hear what you want to say, she creates an environment where I feel seen and heard. It is so refreshing to visit with a medical team where you feel and know you actually matter and that you aren't just a number or an ailment.

I believe Katelin is a kind and knowledgeable provider. However, I would not recommend this office for mental health medication management. I had no indication that I would be unable to receive a refill of a medication I had been taking since 2024 that was originally prescribed through this office. About a week before running out of medication, I initiated contact to schedule an appointment to discuss my dosage and spent several days playing phone tag. At no point was I informed that my refill would be denied because I had not recently been seen. I assumed I would remain on my current dose until my appointment. By the time I realized there was a problem with my refill, I was about to take my last dose. I communicated that I was running out of medication and wanted to avoid withdrawal symptoms, as I felt it was unsafe to suddenly stop taking it. Despite those concerns, I was left without a refill or clear guidance on what to do next after my refill request was denied. As a result, I experienced withdrawal symptoms and ultimately had to seek care at Urgent Care for a short term prescription while waiting for an appointment with a new provider. My concern is not that an appointment was required, but that I was not informed of that requirement until it was too late to avoid an interruption in treatment.
