Would give zero stars if that were an option. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service with a series of never ending automated phone messages that simply continue to loop back on to themselves. I spent 30 minutes trying different departments only to eventually have the system hang up on me. Where are our public employees that are supposed to serve us.. THE PUBLIC?! So frustrating.

Brought all my info in for my daughters passport. My wife had her federally issued permanent resident card and we were told it wasn’t going to work because of no signature on the ID. Made us go get a paper renewal from the DMV for the state ID. Got a letter today from the passport people that they don’t accept temporary ID and that the permanent resident card is an approved federal ID. Train your staff. They apparently have no clue how to do their job. We paid for all the expediting too. Now we have to pay for expedited shipping again to hopefully make our trip abroad. Thanks for the great service. Tax payer dollars at its finest.

My Wife handed me a beer on Father’s Day of this year at independence Point Beach downtown Coeur d’Alene. I did not see the signs due to where we parked. Two officers rolled by and issued me an open container violation even after I helped to fix their Cruiser printer. Meanwhile, Some random guy walked by and lit up a joint, and he even managed to walk by a second time right next to me and the Officer. I put in for expungement after paying the fine due to it effecting job opportunities and it got denied the same day I submitted it. Since then, it has affected employment opportunities, And meanwhile, this is my first offense, besides a traffic violation 12 years ago. I have three kids and a wife and now have to file bankruptcy because of how badly it has been affecting my employment opportunities. I test for the Spokane County Corrections in September, and they laughed at how far a stick is lodged up Kootenai County’s rear end. I didn’t even get to sip the beer. Love me some “justice” in Kootenai County.
