This city is not a good place to be, they give you parking tickets even if you are parked in good standing. The streets of this city look like a war zone if a plane droped some bombs in the road, the streets have a bunch of pot holes. I asked myself ¿Where is the money? because in this city the taxes are so high and they are giving ticket like crazy. This city sucks.

The police force is completely useless. No one at city hall can do anything about this? Thieves are openly selling stolen goods to corner stores. Police do nothing about it. Police call an hour after they're called, meaning they want avoid doing the job. Then when you call four hours later, they claim a unit was already there. Why is there zero professionalism here?

City of Paterson Sewer Billing is completely and utterly disgusting with their customer service. I grew up here, went to school here, served my country and came back. This place has continued to fail providing any help to its people and blame us when we call for help.

I went there to sign up for a voter's id. But I never got it. When i first I went to tell them I would just receive a call or an email message. Never happened. When I went there a 2nd time I just received some addresses to where I can complain. B4 they confused my middle name for my first name
