I just had a great experience here, no line, easy going people, and immediate service. Friendly people and informative. I come from California where the health department workers hate their jobs and take it out on customers. It was very nice to receive southern hospitality at a government office and it was all free! Who would’ve thought!?!?

Tried to call and find out if the ER had given enough medication/ what the follow up would be. It took 7 minutes to get a straight answer from the lady who picked up the phone. She was super unhelpful and frustrating. I call at 10 am on nov 27th.

Well, I thought this was a decent place to go to came in January. They told me to come on March 8 at 8:45 AM so I showed up I’m not on the schedule they tell me you must be in the wrong place cause we don’t do that here? As they were the ones who put in my iud in janurary. as I have it written down by the lady who sits at the front desk with the time March 8 at 8:30 her handwriting Nobody was going to bother to call to tell me that they rescheduled my appointment for the following week very unprofessional, especially when I live 40 minutes away this appointment was scheduled two months in advance and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me they changed it and I even confirmed with the lady three times before I left to make sure that this was the right day and she said yes

Great and fast response! Ms. Becky assisted me with retrieving my immunization records, and I shall say I got them little less than 5 minutes, after ending the call! Her hospitality and professionalism was 100/10 in my books! Thank you so much :)

I had a horrible experience with this PRCHD way back 2020 when I tried getting a form/document for work. They had me kept coming back 4 times just to get the form. Using my one hour lunch break from work all the time, wasting my time & gas money. You guy’s chose the people who you served at the time. But, never forget your face ma’am or your management. You can do better to all the people you will serve. Shame on you for giving me a hard time for piece of paper. You don’t deserve your position or title at all. I bet, a lot of deserving workers can do better than you.
