Multiple times now I have spoken with Donna in the WIC department and she has been absolutely rude every single time and made it to where I ran out of formula last month due to a lie of “calling me back and leaving a voicemail” when I never received a call back and waited hours for one. I called back and was given attitude and was told I would have to wait until MONDAY when I called on a WEDNESDAY MORNING. Every time I call the wic department and Donna has answered she has an attitude and I’m tired of it. Something needs to be done and I will continue to make complaints. I do not appreciate the attitude when all I try to do is make sure my child has their formula for the month. This has been absolutely RIDICULOUS
