I've been trying to call for the past month to make an appointment and the lady answers and Response we are having phone issues you'll have to call again I could understand a few days but it's been a month already I've been trying to make an appointment update.i ending up making appointment with the 1888 number and went to my appointment there was 2 lady's at the front deck I was looking down and I didn't see which one called me well I went up to the First Lady with glasses and was asking if I checked in online do I have to sign in she stop me and kept saying behind the blue line behind the blue line mdidnt even say it was the other lady that called me then I go back tto the blue line the other lady said it was me I'm sorry .... please fine better help this is a public department and Believe we need better service

To the lady that answers the front desk phone with such petulance, annoyance, and clear distain for your job...from one healthcare worker to another, it may be time to RETIRE. The fact that you get PAID to answer the phone and essentially be the face of this company is beyond comprehension. Unable/refusal to answer simple basic questions, unprofessional attitude, clearly bothered by having to do you JOB. DO BETTER!

Horrible experience. I booked an appointment online for a shot and when I got there, the awful person at the front desk was rude and not at all helpful. She rebooked me for two weeks later while I stood there. I will go 50 miles out of my way to avoid this mess.

Very unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! You can make an 8 o'clock appointment and still won't see anyone till after 10 o'clock. I guess they only have 1 worker. Jus go to urgent care or something. These people are jus the worst. Fire the entire staff!!!! Shut the building down
