    Friendly and helpful staff.

The absolute worst waiting system ever. Plan on spending an entire day in line regardless of how early you get there. Then once you finally get close the staff takes a break after working for 1 hour. What a joke. You will waste your life away waiting on people that have no care for your time. This is terrible. Pennington county has really gone down hill.

It is the worst I've ever had waited.3 hours still had to wait another hour and they were closing.I recommends that they get more people there to work

My wait was about at least 2 hrs but they had a texting system that lets u know when you'll be called soon so I waited in the car and watched a movie. When I was finally called I was in and out in like 15-20 mins.

Checked in at 10:30 am . Wasn’t called till 1.5 hours later. Showed up 30 minutes after that, waited another 30 minutes till I was able to be seen all for the desk person to tell me I made a small mistake filling out my paperwork & would have to leave & do it all over again. So have to come back like another day or two later. Frustrating to say the least
