Don't bother even calling here... Worst person for vital department to answer the phone. She's an absolute nightmare. You tell her something she doesn't believe and she talks to you like you have no idea what she's talking about... She should be fired or get training again... I will never step in that place. Ever.

Called the city on the property where the old middle school used to be next to McDonald's because I have poison ivy speading to my fence line grass 4 feet tall and they are very rude and wanted to do nothing. If it was a home owner we would be fined the next day if you have money and land they say it's a process.these woman are rude. They are civil servants.
