This department loves phisching. They will make up excuses to pull you over in the hope of a larger crime, they will then issue a warning for a made up offense or walk around your vehicle to find a citation. It's not just them but the state patrol in pine County as well. Our population is less than 5 percent people of color, but poc make up every other stop I see.
