WIC office employees are very rude. when asking questions about what I needed to bring to appointment, woman on the phone caught a nasty attitude with me. Acted as if my questions annoyed her. She also hung up on me, when I asked her how to show proof of residence bc I have just recently moved to the area & have no mail at my permanent address yet. When I called WIC supervisor to address the issue, never got a call back. Guess they condone that type of behavior.

The way their scheduling an appointment works is horrible. I started a new job and have to be here at 10 am every morning. In order for me to make a different appointment I have to TRY to call at 8am when they open only to stay on hold for 41 minutes to then be told I have to wait and schedule it for a week away. It’s stupid how EVERYONE goes on lunch at 12 and not just rotate every one for different times for lunch. They aren’t great at all with trying to help working with the patient.
