Using ur position in a city employed agency to defy the rights of older (near senior, qualify as senior to some, not others: too young to recieve legal help to save my house, but qualify to live in senior housing) disabled persons on fixed income to help ur friends destroy the life of another on lies and breaking the law to do so. (Promised his friend, my neighbor, to condemn my house, so it can be torn down to increase his yard) But have the help of the cops standing right there allowing these lies and law to be broken, so far as to break the law themselves by helping or doing nothing to stop it.

They're so organized and on point they can't answer the phone when you been pressing 0 repeatedly to keep ringing back in because they won't answer the phone and they don't close for an hour and a half. I just need a covid test. Don't believe the reviews they write themselves. Just like most places in Portsmouth, you can't find good help here either. Everybody want the pay checks without putting in the work. Do what our tax dollars pay you for.
