5 STARS ALL DAY LONG. I live in Morehead Kentucky. I called to get my birth certificate. There was a young lady not forsure of her name I think Corlyn Sorry about misspelled name This young lady was the nicest lady. answered all my question without me feeling like I was a bother. Explained everything in detail so I could understand. And had everything done and my birth certificate is on its way.
