The parking situation is very inaccessible for a parent with a baby. The bottom half of the garage if you have a handicap permit is good but the top half of the garage is so far away and the stairs are broken so you have to walk down an incline. Also I had to file a complaint with my councilman because their website wasn’t updated to indicate that infant covid shots are based on availability even if you have an appointment. But after putting in the complaint magically my infant was given his covid shots a couple days later.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Dental Experience at the PG County Health Department! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to share just how amazing my experience was with the dental team at the PG County Health Department. Honestly, I went in with modest expectations, thinking I’d get the typical, quick check-up and be on my way. But from the moment I walked through the doors, I was completely blown away. My experience was far beyond what I ever imagined — it was warm, professional, thorough, and genuinely uplifting. The front desk staff greeted me with such kindness and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. They were helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. It was clear they truly cared about each and every person walking through that door. But what really stood out to me was the dental team — especially the doctors. The level of care, professionalism, and expertise they brought to the table was second to none. The dentist I saw took time to explain every step of the process to me, made sure I was comfortable, and answered every single one of my (many) questions with grace and patience. I never once felt rushed or like “just another patient.” The assistants were equally phenomenal — gentle, attentive, and always checking in to make sure I was okay. The level of coordination among the team was impressive, and it made the whole process seamless from start to finish. It’s clear that they truly love what they do and care deeply about their patients’. This team genuinely goes above and beyond. They didn’t just take care of my teeth — they made me feel respected, seen, and cared for as a whole person. That’s rare and incredibly appreciated. To the doctors and staff at the PG County Health Department Dental Clinic: thank you for providing outstanding care and for treating me like family. You have truly set a new standard for what excellent dental service looks like, and I am so grateful for the experience.

Appointment was at 3:15 I arrived 10 mins before. Whn I seen the amount of ppl I asked “how does this work, my appt is at 315, will I actually b seen thn or is there a list?” The lady said thy try to go by appt but “it’s only 2 of us” it’s a list, and thr whr at least 5 ppl ahead of me. What’s the purpose of an appt? As I’m waiting at 3:32 my cold water ran out, I asked if thy had a fountain or something, the lady says “no”. Also, it’s extremely hot in here. There’s pregnant ppl in here with kids and thy don’t have a cold fountain for water? What type of torture is this!? Do bttr pg county! This is a mess
